There are a series of premium units on the 45th through 52 levels, with both 2 bedroom (1600sf+) and
3 bedroom (2500sf+) units. The 2 bedroom units range from the high $800Ks and the 3 bedroom
units range from about $1.5M and up

Lower Penthouses 53rd Floor

There are also some exceptional penthouses in the 3000sf range, with a price tag around $3M

Upper Penthouses 54th Floor

4000 s.f. two-level units selling in the $5M range.

WHAT DO I NEED TO DO NOW?
Pre-sales just started. This means that if you would like to reserve a unit at first-day pricing, you will
need to move immediately. We don't need to collect any money today, but a deposit will be due
shortly.
Epic is planned to have two towers. Today, we are selling the WEST tower which will contain 342
residential units and 400 hotel units. The residential units start on the 31st floor, while the hotel is
contained on the lower floors. There are also river-view town homes on the lower floors.
Typical residences are outfitted with what can be described as a "luxury standard". It really doesn't get
much better than this! Cabinets are by Snaidero, appliances are by Miele and Subzero. State of the
art in-suite technology services for HDTV and the EPIC-link communication system are standard
features and allow you to link your apartment to the complex's services and amenities.
