Building A - The "Investor's Building": Goes on Sale in April-May 2006. However, you need to notify us NOW if
you wish to purchase a unit. Made up of about 500 units, the "A" building will be the "liberal tenancy policy"
building. What does this mean? Out of the three towers, this tower will have the least amount of rental
restrictions. Basically, as an owner of one of these condos, you'll have the easiest rental potential out of the
whole complex. The greatest number of shorter term residents to be living in this building.
Building B - The "Resident's Building": Goes on sale in early 2007. While the building is similar in architecture
and units to the A building, Building B will have a much more strict policy on rentals and other restrictions (stricter
rental policy, for example). So, if you plan to live at The Flamingo and you want to minimize the number of renter
around you, you'll have to wait for Building B.
Building C - The "Luxury Building": Goes on sale in late 2007. Built just a few years ago, this modern building
has all the features and amenities of a typical South Beach luxury building. Naturally, these units will be the most
expensive.
